Features of SPC Vinyl Flooring
● Waterproof: The main component of SPC flooring is vinyl resin, which is non-adhesive to water and does not develop mildew due to high humidity.
● Environmentally Friendly: Natural stone powder as the main material, tested by the national testing department, with zero radioactive elements, which cares for the health of the whole family.
● Pet proof: The surface of the floor can resist the pets' claws, It is not easily scratched.
● Fire retardant. Qualified SPC flooring has an excellent fire rating of B1 and does not produce suffocating harmful or toxic fumes in the event of an accident.
● Wear Resistant: Even if the floor has been used for several years, it is not easy to scratch on it. Minor small scratches can be easily removed because of wear resistant layer.
● Easy to install: Quick installation, saving installation time and cost, low maintenance cost.
● Antimicrobial properties. Due to the special antimicrobial process and the addition of antimicrobial agents to the surface, it is highly resistant to most harmful substances and their proliferation.
Production Process
1. Mixing
Automatically metering according to raw material ratio → hot mixing of high-speed mixer (hot mixing temperature: 125 ºC, the aim is to mix all materials evenly and remove moisture from materials) → cold mixing (cooling materials to prevent caking and discoloration, cold mixing temperature: 55 ºC) → mix evenly by cooling;
2. Extrusion
Add the twin-screw extruder for heating extrusion → enter the sheet die head for extrusion molding, the formed sheet passes through the four-roller calender, and the base material reaches fixed thickness → pasted with color film → pasted with wear-resistant layer → cooled → cut
Laminating
3. UV tempering
Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80 ~ 120 ºC; cold water temperature: 10 º
4. Lab testing
5. Slotting + Packaging
Cutting → slotting, trimming and chamfering → Pasted with mute layer (if necessary) →Quality control → packaging
