Marble SPC Flooring, stone polymer composite flooring, is regarded as an upgrade and improvement of ordinary vinyl flooring. Made of natural stone powder and fiber, its structure is more durable, stable and environmentally friendly. This new material is mainly made of natural limestone powder and pure PVC, which has excellent durability and stability. The cork backing is known for its sound insulation and is naturally hypoallergenic. It resists mold and mildew better than ordinary liners. Its new design material for vinyl flooring is better than traditional LVT flooring.

Features of Marble SPC Flooring

● Waterproof: The main component of SPC floor is vinyl resin, which is non-sticky and will not mold due to high humidity.

●Environmental protection: Natural stone powder is used as the main raw material, tested by the national inspection department, and the radioactive elements are zero, which protects the health of the whole family.

● Pet-proof: The floor surface can resist pet's claws and is not easy to scratch.

● Flame retardant. Qualified SPC flooring has an excellent B1 fire rating and will not produce suffocating harmful or toxic fumes in the event of an accident.

● Wear resistance: Even if the floor has been used for several years, it is not easy to scratch. Due to the wear-resistant layer, slight small scratches can be easily removed.

● Easy installation: quick installation, saving installation time and cost, and low maintenance cost.

● Antibacterial properties. Due to the special antibacterial process and the addition of antibacterial agents on the surface, it has strong resistance to most harmful substances and their diffusion.

Production Process

1. Mixing

Automatically metering according to raw material ratio → hot mixing of high-speed mixer (hot mixing temperature: 125 ºC, the aim is to mix all materials evenly and remove moisture from materials) → cold mixing (cooling materials to prevent caking and discoloration, cold mixing temperature: 55 ºC) → mix evenly by cooling;

2. Extrusion

Add the twin-screw extruder for heating extrusion → enter the sheet die head for extrusion molding, the formed sheet passes through the four-roller calender,  and the base material reaches fixed thickness → pasted with color film → pasted with wear-resistant layer → cooled → cut

Laminating

3. UV tempering

Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80 ~ 120 ºC; cold water temperature: 10 º

5. Slotting + Packaging

Cutting → slotting, trimming and chamfering → Pasted with mute layer (if necessary) →Quality control → packaging
