1. Erosion resistance

PVC pipe has stable chemical properties and is resistant to most acids and bases.

The service life of conventional pipes is 20-30 years. PVC pipes have a service life of at least 50 years at set temperatures and pressures.

3. Excellent hygienic properties

PVC pipes are produced using tin or Ca/Zn stabilizers and their hygienic properties are in full compliance with the GB/T17219 standard and the relevant water standards of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China.

4. PVC pipe has a good grooving (boring) rate, strong pressure resistance and large cross-flow, which is the best choice to replace the grooving (boring) pipe of reinforced concrete in many fields.

 5. Easy installation

PVC slotting (drilling) pipe joints are available in the form of elastic seal joints, cement joints, but also unit joints and flange joints. In addition, PVC-M pipe is low density and light weight, requiring less workers and construction equipment, and lower construction costs than concrete and steel pipes.

6. Smooth inner wall, no burr, easy flow, no blockage (n=0.008--0.009), strong resistance to bacteria. Can effectively ensure that the pipe runs straight for a long time. For turning slurry fields, PVC-M pipes are also easy to clean.

4. Well pipes, water purifier pipes

The development and application of plastic well pipes and water purifier pipes can effectively solve the problems of erosion deformation, destruction and sand flow in cast iron and steel well pipes.
